  • The Pastis Catering team has extensive experience with events ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large-scale events for up to 1,000 attendees, ensuring we can cater to any group size.

  • We kindly request confirmation of your menu and final guest numbers 10 business days prior to your event. The final payment will also be due on this date.

  • Absolutely! Pastis Catering is fully equipped to deliver an exceptional dining experience, regardless of whether your venue has an on-site kitchen. We will coordinate directly with your venue to assess available facilities and plan accordingly.

  • Yes, our chef is delighted to craft unique and personalized menu items specifically for your occasion!

  • Indeed! A significant advantage of our in-house, scratch-made preparations is our ability to meticulously control ingredients in almost every dish we serve, allowing us to cater to various dietary needs.

  • While we do not supply rentals directly, we are happy to assist with your rental needs. We can offer recommendations for local party vendors or even coordinate your rental order for you. You'll have access to their full selection and pay their pricing, plus our standard 20% set-up and coordination fee on the total rental cost.

  • Yes, a $500 deposit is required for all events. Your event date is officially reserved with us upon receipt of this deposit.

  • For plated dinners, we assign one server for every fifteen guests. For buffet service, we provide one server for every twenty guests. We are always happy to increase the number of servers at the client's request.

  • Yes, a $50 delivery fee applies to drop-off catering within the Tulsa City Limits.

  • Pastis Catering serves events within a 20-mile radius of our location. For venues beyond this coverage area, a $1 per mile fee will be added for all staff mileage exceeding the 20-mile limit.

  • Our staff is always pleased to help with both setup and teardown. All applicable labor costs will apply to this time.

  • We are fully licensed to manage your bar requirements in several ways, utilizing our expert bartending staff. We can offer a full-service bar menu, priced per drink or bottle, handling all the details so you can relax and enjoy.

    Another option is a cash bar, accepting cash, credit cards, and drink tickets. For some events, a combination works best, with certain drinks (like beer, wine, and specialty cocktails) open to all guests, while others are available for purchase.

    Finally, we can also provide bartending staff if you prefer to supply your own alcohol, with service fees applying. We're happy to discuss these options further to determine the best service for your event.

  • If needed, we can provide cake cutting for $1.50 per slice. Due to the intricate nature of many special event cakes, the cake provider may prefer to handle the cutting to maintain the cake's structure. In such cases, we are happy to assist in the process at no additional charge.
